As we're a new Pokemon site, there are rules that must be followed. We do not wish for our forums to be deleted and our site to have a bad reputation.

Rule#1. No pornography/sexual content
Seriously, what's more pathetic then doing that?
Ban result: 48 hours

Rule#2. No strong language/racist language
We're a site about Pokemon? You're alright using minor swears like "hell" or "damn".
Ban result: 24 hours

Rule#3. No advertisement
We don't want to draw our users away. This does NOT include the official Pokemon site, Smogon, or any other site that shows a list of strategy.
Ban result: 24 hours

Rule#4. No Copyrighted materials
We do not promote this type of action. We also don't copyright GameFreak's materials, nor do we do the same for Nintendo's materials.
Ban result: 72 hours

Rule#5. No Spams
Spams are more stress on the myself and the moderators. We don't need users doing this: "how do u get a mastr ball???? confused confused confused confused " You are only allowed to do two smiles, which can't be the same.

Rule#6. Please try to spell and use grammar
We need to understand clearly what you're trying to ask or request. Here's a small example: "i cant sem 2 find teh (insert item here) 2 unlok (insert event here) can SUM1 HEP MEH!??!" This is a huge no. Some mispelling can make some rather, "odd" meaning. It's like how two or more words sound the same, but with different meaning and spellings. Come, the verb, can be spelled shorter, for a more disgusting result.
Ban result: 24 hours/48 hours depending on the situation.

Rule#7. Have fun!

All you need is common sense and you'll be fine. Smile

RMT (Rate My Team) Quick Note:
You must state the EVs, Moveset, nature, and what Pokemon it is! Otherwise, we can't help and the post will be locked in 24 hours if you don't change it.

Forum Rules Empty Example

Post  Dark Deoxys Wed Mar 02, 2011 6:50 pm

A small example of a small team (MADE UP).

Lead
Weavile@ Focus Sash
Nature: Hasty
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Speed
Moveset: Fake Out, Taunt, Counter, Ice Punch

This set truly helps the team out by crushing other leads, depending on what they have. Fake Out is used to that I may break Azelf's and Aerodactly's Focus Sash and hit back with a STAB Ice Punch. Taunt helps Weavile escape Thunder Wave, so Weavile can keep his position as a lead and still survive, along with stoping my opponet from setting up with Calm Minds, Swords Dances, ect. Counter is mainly for Steel-Types, Ice-Types, Dark-Types, and Rock-Types. If T-Tar were to come out, I could Taunt it if I suspect Dragon Dance, or Counter, if I suspect he'd try and KO Weavile with a STAB or effective-type attack. The reason for me choosing Ice Punch is so that I won't get screwed by Flying-types (Aerodactyl, Zapdos with T-Wave), Dragon-types, and Rock-types. Night Slash would be great against Gengar, Azelf, and other Psychic and Ghost-types, though, I find Night Slash inferior as I don't want any Dragonites, or T-tars from getting a free turn of getting in a Dragon Dance.

Physcal Wall

Skarmory@ Shed Shell
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/ 240 Def/ 16 Speed
Moveset: Spikes, Whirlwind, Roost, Brave Bird
Trait: Keen Eye

As Skarmory shines into the light, others fears it's walling ability to stop Physical attackers in their tracks. After Weavile has done it's lead, I switch out when Weavile either dies, or a Physical attacker comes in. I set up as I suspect the opponent to switch or stay in, and put out Spikes. If it tries to set up, Skarmory can Whirlwind 'em out, and switch out if Skarmory is in a bad position. Roost is simply for recovery from Brave Bird's recoil. The reason to why I've chosen Shed Shell because Magnezones can simply come in and 2HKO it with a STAB Thunderbolt or HP (Hidden Power) Fire, all due to it's ability, Magnet Pull.

Physical Attacker
Machamp@ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Speed
Moveset Close Combat, Payback, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch
Trait: Guts

Machamp, one of the most annoying Pokemon out there. With the EVs invested in it and a Choice Band on it, Machamp's attacks goes up over 500! If Weavile were to die early than expected, Machamp can come in and simply use Payback, Close Combat, or Ice Punch, depending on what Pokemon is out. A STAB + Choice Banded Close Combat is sure to KO T-Tar, and possibly walls like Registeel. Payback is so that Azelf will be 2HKO'd by it. Ice Punch is the same as Weavile's Ice Punch, but with more power. Thunder Punch is for bulky waters, and the annoying Gyarados. If Gyarados were to use Dragon Dance, that'll give me a free turn for a 2HKO on him.

Special Wall

Blissey@ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Speed
Moveset: Seismic Toss, Flamethrower, Thunder Wave, Softboiled
Trait: Natural Cure

Ah Blissey, a Pokemon like no other. Siesmic Toss is mainly for Rock, Steel, Ice, and Dark-types. Flamethrower is mainly for Pokemon like Celebi to prevent a Cleric move or a Baton Pass, same goes for Ninjask, of course, I could also use Thunder Wave to ruin that anyway. Thunder Wave is Machamp's pass for easy KO's as the opponent may stay in, thus, resulting a switch for me. Softboiled is so that Blissey may recover whatever amount of HP she's lost. Though, it'd be safe if I were to use Thunder Wave first and then Softboiled just to be on the safe side to keep Blissey up and walling Gengars, Azelfs, ect. Though, Explosion ruins Blissey's walling ability as she'll be dead, though, I could switch Gengar in and it'll pretty much be suicide on their part.

Special Attacker

Gengar@ Choice Scarf
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk/ 252 Speed/ 4 Def
Moveset: Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Trick

Gengar, one of the best special sweepers since R/B. Trick is actually the main move that'll put me in advantage, though, I need to keep a close eye on what I Trick, so I won't get stuck on Trick. Trick will cripple Blissey 100%, thus, resulting for her to switch out, and let Gengar do the rest of sweeping while he can. Shadow Ball is mainly for STAB, and to try and get a KO on Gliscor, which counters Weavile and Machamp. Thunderbolt will help me get easy KO's on Gyarados' if Machamp were to have been KO'd before Gengar starts his sweep. Focus Blast really helps against opposing Weaviles, but I would have to use Trick in order to cripple it if I'm worry about a STAB Night Slash, or a Choice Band Weavile. Gengar is more likely to survive T-tar's Pursuit with his Defence EVs, though, after a Swords Dance from Scizor, Gengar will be KO'd unless I use Trick, or switch out before Scizor spams Pursuit. A Choice Band Pursuit may also KO it, though, I'm not 100% sure in T-tar's case. Focus Blast will ruin T-tar, but with Sandstorm's Sp.Defence raise, I'd rather send out Machamp for the job.

Electivire@ Expert Belt
Nature: Mild
EVs: 40 Atk/ 252 Sp.Atk/ 216 Speed
Moveset: Thunderbolt, HP Grass, Cross Chop, Flamethrower

Ah Electivire, Electabuzz's evolution form, and pretty much the great update it needed. Even so Blissey can sponge Skarmory's weakness to Eletric-type attacks like T-bolt, Electivire can sponge it more effectively and get benefits from it at no cost of HP from the attack, and strike back with a STAB T-bolt. Cross Chop will defiently help to prevent Weaviles from sweeping or setting up, same goes for T-tars. HP Grass is for Swamperts, and any other Ground-types that are immune to Electivire's STAB T-bolt. Flamethrower is great as I'm able to 2HKO Skarmory, KO Magnezone (more effective if Skarmory put Spikes up), and hit Grass-types like Celebi. T-bolt is for STAB and mainly so that Gyarados' or bulky waters don't set up on me.
